I am a founder, tactical coach, consultant and investor.

I began my career in NYC investment banking and M&A.

Yet I quickly realized my passion for building a better world- and working closely with likeminded individuals to achieve their similar goals.

In 2009, while at business school at NYU Stern, I launched a global strategy and investment advisory firm called I-DEV International. I-DEV operated for 10 years, advising startups, development finance institutions, foundations, multinational corporations and investors across 45 countries and 5 continents. Our work primarily focused on frontier markets innovations in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

In 2012, I moved to Nairobi, Kenya for the 1st time (and a 2nd time, in 2019, after a stint in California) to launch IDEV Africa, a specialty advisor to startups and their investors on growth, innovation and investments in the region.

Today…I consult companies, impact and mission-driven companies and individuals to achieve their goals for a better business world.

I have advised and supported:

  • 17 investors over the last decade;

  • Numerous foundations and non-profits from the UN Foundation to Google.org on programming; and

  • B Corporations to large corporations on their supply chain, their partnerships and new market strategy.

  • I am a Venture Partner for Beyond Capital Ventures, a women-led conscious investor focused on healthtech, fintech and climate solutions. And, I have helped many other funds and funders hone strategy, build deal pipeline and close deals.

1-on-1 Tactical Coaching

While I love working with teams and consulting organizations and companies, I also like to work 1-on-1 with individuals to provide a different type of support.

This support is for impact-driven managers, leaders and rising leaders to achieve their goals, get differentiated support than what they may be receiving from their current managers, and bringing my broad experience and networks into play so I can act as a thought partner and project partner to help drive results.
