Retainer Consultant
I typically work with 2-3 clients on longer-term annual terms so I can provide ongoing leadership, project management and strategic support to help an organizations achieve its goals on an ongoing basis.
Short-Term Consultant
I work with a range of clients on 2-6 month engagements to achieve a specific goal or outcome. As needed, I will advise whether in addition to myself, it makes sense to include additional trusted consultants - usually a team of 1-2 others- to further hone in on achieving desired project outcomes. As much of my work also includes, new markets strategy, I can also tap into local consultants around the world for best fit solutions.
Tactical Coach
I work with up to 5 individuals at a time to help them achieve their greatest goals - whether related to a specific project such as a startup capital raise or new product/market strategy, or on a longer-term basis to provide a sounding board, outside perspective, project management support and other needed support. It can almost touch on consulting to an individual to achieve individual goals, and it begins with a Kick-Off and Knowledge Transfer initial session, just like a consulting engagement would!
Speaker, Lecturer, Advisor
I have given private presentations and public lectures on impact investing, investing in emerging markets (Latin America, Africa) and workshops to startup founders on capital raise, go-to-market strategy and developing/honing the MVP. I have also served as an advisor to several funds and non-profit organizations.
